Role Overview – Associate Engineer (AI)
This Associate Engineer role is designed for individuals passionate about AI-driven product development, automation and solving large-scale business problems using modern engineering practices. You will work closely with experienced Product and Engineering teams, gaining hands-on exposure to LLMs, agentic systems, AI-assisted development tools, automation frameworks and scalable software systems at genuine B2B scale. You won’t be writing research papers – you’ll be shipping real products using AI as your multiplier (think Cursor, Copilot, Claude, LLM APIs and MCP).
Key Responsibilities
- SDLC Participation: Take part in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle – planning, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
- Product Building: Build product features, internal tools and intelligent workflows serving millions of users.
- AI Agents: Develop AI agents and automated workflows using LLM APIs and AI frameworks.
- Rapid Prototyping: Prototype and ship solutions rapidly using AI-assisted development tools.
- Data Pipelines: Implement and maintain data pipelines for AI/ML systems.
- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
- Monitoring: Design feedback loops and monitoring systems to improve AI system performance.
Skillset Required
- AI Tools: Hands-on exposure to AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- CS Fundamentals: Strong fundamentals in Python, data structures, algorithms and system design thinking.
