Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts for the selling of store sales data
- Monitor/Track and process the payment for the retailers
- Fix store authorization issues that occur from our field force
- Answer inquiries from internal/external groups regarding the completion of the data file set-up
- Provide solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate person or group regarding missing data, late or incomplete data, payment issues, contract issues etc
- As the contract holder and escalation point, act as liaison between the retailer and other groups such as Data Integrity and Data Validation for problem solving issues
- Documentation of contracts, authorization letters, store information sheet, ACV numbers
- Builds and distributes documents needed to bring a store, small chains or data aggregators
- Getting approval to release the movement data for the restricted clients for different geographies
- Creating weekly & monthly report
- Preparing ad-hoc reports for clients
