Role Overview – Software Engineer I
You will be part of the Global Technology organisation working on Nike’s internal Consumer Product & Innovation software tools that enable the creation of Nike’s Footwear and Apparel, reporting to a Software Engineering Manager in Bengaluru. You will collaborate with engineers and product managers to design, develop and operate scalable software solutions across web, front-end and cloud-native platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Solutions: Design, develop and operate scalable software solutions supporting Nike’s design and creation community.
- Web Experiences: Build responsive, accessible and performant web experiences using modern front-end technologies and design systems.
- Cloud Platforms: Build and integrate cloud-native platforms, applications, APIs and services using an API-first approach.
- Agile: Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and deliver assigned software tasks.
- Collaboration: Work with engineers, product managers, designers and business partners to deliver reliable, high-quality software.
- Lifecycle: Support the full SDLC including development, testing, deployment, monitoring and operational excellence.
