Role Overview – Graduate Apprentice Trainee (NATS)
The NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) is a Government of India program through which Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships within Volvo Financial Services. As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will receive structured on-the-job training and skills development across multiple HR Operations sub-functions, building a strong foundation for a career in finance, payroll and people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Retiral Benefits Administration: Support administration of retirement benefits including Provident Fund, Gratuity and Superannuation operations.
- FBP Claims Administration: Process Flexible Benefit Plan (FBP) reimbursement claims for employees per company policy.
- Payroll Administration: Assist in monthly payroll processing, validation and reconciliation activities for Indian employees.
- EDM Administration: Scan employee files hardcopy and send them to the employee’s official Email ID for digital preservation.
- EDM Ticket Processing: Convert scanned documents into Electronic Document Management (EDM) tickets within Volvo systems.
- Document Upload: Process and resolve tickets by uploading documents to the EDM database through the ASK HR platform.
- Accuracy & Documentation: Ensure accuracy and proper documentation throughout every process step to maintain audit compliance.
