Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development, training, and evaluation of AI/ML models for various business use cases.

Work with senior engineers to build data pipelines and prepare datasets for model development.

Support the implementation and deployment of models into production, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

Write clean, efficient, and well documented code in Python and related libraries.

Participate in PoCs, research activities, and continuous learning of new AI frameworks and technologies.

Collaborate with cross functional teams—including data engineering, product, and domain experts—to deliver AI features and solutions.

Support the development of GenAI applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Crew.ai (good to have).

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Follow best practices in MLOps, version control, model tracking, and testing.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised learning).

Knowledge / Experience in AI Model Engineering.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, or C++.

Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit Learn.

Understanding of core concepts in one or more areas:
