Responsibilities:
- Moderate review submissions to ensure quality of G2 website content using a standardized operating procedure and deliver consistently against daily operations goals
- Strive and maintain the highest level of decision quality
- Communicate bugs and other technical issues across teams and with the correct stakeholders
- Proactively problem-solve with other moderators and extended teammates
- Audit a variety of user-generated content types against established guidelines
- Review reported content within agreed SLA times and quality standards
- Investigate and resolve spam and fraud inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and speed
- Respond to support inquiries, communicating with internal and external customers if needed
- Relay expert knowledge of the G2 platform to users in an easy-to-digest way
- Adapt quickly to evolving tools and processes
- Work on ad hoc projects as needed, supporting broader G2 Product R&D projects
Requirements:
- 0 – 3 years of experience in content moderation or general operations in tech industry
- Fresh graduates with exceptional analytical ability, attention to detail, and good reading comprehension are also encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding and zeal of internet search techniques and data scraping
- Natural tendency to dive deep and use data points to make decisions on tasks
- Good understanding of process efficiency and performance ownership
- Adaptable to shifting business needs and is willing to contribute above and beyond during critical times
- Able to work independently and deliver consistently with periodic supervision
- Strive even at times of monotonous work and have a knack to learn and explore in such a setting
- Good communication skills
