Role Overview – Graduate Trainee, Software Engineering

As a Graduate Trainee on the Threat Intelligence team at Calix, you will dive into the intersection of software engineering and cybersecurity — building and maintaining backend automation services, database systems, and lightweight frontend dashboards that power real-time threat detection. Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and test backend automation services and frameworks using Python. Write clean, scalable code that integrates with security data pipelines and detection systems.
