We are looking for a passionate intern to join us in our Digital Transformation journey. The Consulting Productivity Pathfinders squad focuses on improving the working experience of BCG consulting teams by addressing their major pain points and finding opportunities for optimization. The squad is prioritizing the use of Generative AI tools to enhance BCG’s productivity and is responsible for:

• Managing a selection of GenAI enterprise tools
• Continuously evaluating through POCs and pilots new GenAI tools that have a high potential to improve productivity of our consulting teams
• Ideating and identifying new opportunities to build new GenAI products

The Intern will engage in product management activities, market scouting, user research, POCs and pilots, and collaborating with other squads when needed, and uses a data-driven approach to help in the prioritization of products and backlog.
