Trainee Engineer Requirements:

• Fresher / up to 2 years of experience
• B.Tech/B.E/ M.tech/ M.E degree/Masters in engineering.
• Good knowledge of Sql/Python/Power BI (exposure to any one of them)
• Logic implementations
• Basic database operations like altering database tables, creating and managing views, SQL joins and composite select and data manipulation language.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Good written and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and independently with a minimal guidance.
• Proactive Attitude for self growth.
• Flexible to work with multiple technologies

Required Technical Competencies of Yash Technologies Careers:

Domain/ Industry Knowledge:

• Has basic knowledge of customer’s business processes and relevant technology platform or product.
• Able to prepare process maps, workflows, business cases and simple business models in line with customer requirements with assistance from SME and apply industry standards/ practices in implementation with guidance from experienced team members.

Technology/Product Knowledge:

• Has basic knowledge of technology product/platform standards and specifications.
• Able to implement code or configure/customize products with assistance from SME and apply industry standards/ practices in implementation with guidance from experienced team members.
• Able to create unit test cases, scenarios and code that adheres to the low-level design & requirements and work on simple/elementary modules independently.

Tools & Platform Knowledge:

• Appreciation of the fact that custom coding may be required to customize every step of the data science/analytics life-cycle and must have awareness of the mainstream programming languages available (e.g. R, Python etc.).
