Job Description
- Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).
- Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate freshers or experienced can apply
- Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
- Salary: As per Market Standards
Note: Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from office.
Job Profile:
- International Voice (Technical Support Level 1)
- Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers.
- Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
- Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
- Must Have basic Technical Knowledge on networking Concepts.
- Working Days: 5 days working
- Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
- Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
- Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice, Operations Round, Client round.
- At least 1 dose of Covid Vaccination is mandatory.
