• Job Role: Trainee Engineer (This is not a software role)
• Job Location: Bangalore
• Cut Off Criteria: Minimum 60% throughout academics
• Backlogs: No standing arrears/ backlogs during the selection process
• Degree: BE / B.Tech
• Year of Completion: 2023 / 2022
• Eligible Branch/Stream: Instrumentation & Controls (ICE), Electronics and Instrumentation (EIE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Process Engineering (PE)
• Salary: 3.25 LPA (3 LPA fixed + 25k retention bonus payable post completion of 1 year)
• Service Agreement/ Bond: 2 years
• Selection Process: Resume Shortlisting + Online Assessment + Technical Interview + HR Interview (Shortlisting at all stages)
• Candidates should have their original Graduation Marksheet & Provisional Degree Certificates before getting onboarded
