4. 2027 Campus Hire — Associate Engineer, Hardware (Bengaluru)
The hardware track, and the one most worth flagging because it asks for a very different skill set. Qualcomm wants an educational background in verifying SoCs with embedded RISC or DSP processors and communications or networking ASICs, plus Verilog or VHDL, C/C++ and Tcl, Perl or shell scripting. RTL design experience or strong object-oriented programming knowledge is expected. - Software roles: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field. Master’s and Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering, Communication Engineering or ECE are named directly.
