Role Overview – Associate Application Support Engineer
The Associate Application Support Engineer is a dynamic, high-integrity individual with superior problem-solving skills. You will design and own support for Line of Business applications, proactively improve uptime and alerting, and coordinate software patching and upgrades across departments to ensure client success in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Support: Collaborate with IT and end users to holistically design and own support for Line of Business applications.

- Patching & Upgrades: Coordinate across departments on software patching and upgrades to ensure client success.

- Client & Vendor Relations: Develop relationships with clients and third-party vendors and track project progress with regular reporting.
