Qualification:
- Programming experience in Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 1+ years of equivalent experience in software development.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot tickets related to Pipe Query.
- Monitor to ensure services are properly operating.
- Interpret log files to pinpoint the source of issues.
- Write various types of tests to ensure no breaking changes are released.
- Provide timely updates on tickets.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive manual tasks.
- Develop automation software to replace manual tasks.
- Write documentation for developed software, create / update troubleshooting playbooks.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Python 3.
- Knowledge of SQL (particularly MySQL).
- Knowledge of GraphQL interfaces.
- Knowledge of Docker container technology.
- Knowledge of Openshift or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of service-oriented architecture.
