EXPEREINCE / QUALIFICATION / SKILLS / TRAITS

• Graduate and above from a University of repute
• 0 to 6 months of experience with non voice data processing
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
• Good Analytical Skills
• Good Arithmatic skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Good Comprehension
• Ability to interpret non standardized sourced documents and instructions received from Underwriting, broker/customer
• Ability to interpret information from reference material / systems / tools
• Ability to gain a strong working knowledge of policy administration system and associated applications
• Ability to gain an understanding of regulatory requirements
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications proficiency in Excel
• Timeliness – process requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements and inventory management methods
• Quality – process requests with expected levels of process accuracy
• Open to work in varying shifts and work days
