Role Overview – Software Engineer
As a Software Engineer in Bangalore, you will help design, build and operate core messaging and caching services that product teams rely on to deliver secure, reliable and scalable experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Feature Development: Design, implement and test features in the events, cache and queues platform under senior guidance.
- Client Libraries: Contribute to internal client libraries and SDKs for Azure Service Bus, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Kafka and Redis.
- Reliability & Performance: Implement metrics, logging and tracing, participate in root-cause analysis and automate operational tasks.
- Collaboration: Review designs and code with teammates and learn best practices for distributed systems.
- Testing: Write unit, integration and functional tests to ensure high quality and maintainability.
- Safe Rollouts: Work with SRE teams on canary deployments, feature flags and secure coding practices.
