Role Overview – Graduate Apprentice Trainee
The Syniverse Graduate Apprentice Program is a competitive 12-month apprenticeship designed to give fresh graduates a meaningful work experience and a strong launchpad for their careers in technology and telecommunications. As an apprentice, you will rotate through different functional areas, work on real business projects, and benefit from professional coaching while learning everything you need to succeed at Syniverse.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Rotation: Work across multiple functional areas during the 12-month period, gaining exposure to day-to-day business operations and projects.
- Project Work: Actively participate in assigned projects that develop your technical, analytical and business competencies.
- Departmental Assistance: Provide support to the relevant department while also learning about other parts of the company.
- Presentations & Evaluations: Prepare presentations, complete evaluations and assessments as assigned by mentors.
- Training Sessions: Attend all training and information sessions to acquire the technical and business knowledge required for the role.
- Feedback Implementation: Accept, respond to and implement constructive feedback from managers and mentors.
- Continuous Learning: Build skills in MS Office, business communication and the telecom / technology domain.

- Academic Performance: Must have cleared each semester / year of graduation in the first attempt only with no backlogs.
- Batch Year: Candidates who have appeared for their final examinations in the year of selection. Graduates must not exceed 3 years post college completion.
- Technical Skills: Good computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
