Role Overview – Associate Analyst
As an Associate Analyst on the Maps team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality navigation and mapping solutions. The role offers end-to-end exposure across various mapping layers and services, providing opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will work on internal tools for data extraction, analysis, and validation across all map layers and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Map Data Operations: Work on internal tools for data extraction, analysis, and validation across all map layers and end-to-end processes.
- Navigation Mapping: Contribute to Local Geometry (LG), Important Roads (IR), and Intersections & Highways (IS) mapping and support navigation / search services.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues using computer and internet skills while ensuring high-quality, timely delivery and meeting SLAs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating clearly at all levels of management.
- Quality Assurance: Demonstrate a solution-oriented, creative problem-solving approach with attention to detail in high-volume tasks.
- Shift Flexibility: Be flexible with rotational shifts (5 working days and 2 week offs) and open to feedback.
