Role Overview – Specialist (Intelligent Government Transformation)

As a Specialist in the Intelligent Government Transformation practice, you will work alongside senior consultants to help client organisations improve efficiency, growth, and profitability through accurate data gathering, analysis, and recommendations. The candidate will be under the apprenticeship model for 12 months, and conversion to Full-Time Employment (FTE) will be based on the performance during the apprenticeship period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Problem Definition: Work directly with the consulting team to define business problems through consultations with clients and stakeholders such as customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Data Analysis & Research: Review and analyse information by correlating insights across different reports, market data, and real-world use cases.
  • Recommendations: Translate analytical conclusions into actionable recommendations and help form hypotheses and solutions for the client.
  • Client Proposals: Support senior team members in building client proposals, RFP responses, and pitch presentations.
