Role Overview – Management Trainee, Quality Analyst

As a Management Trainee – Quality Analyst in the Genpact Off Campus Drive 2026, you will be responsible for leading new hire training batches, monitoring quality of customer service interactions, and driving process improvement within the Customer Care division. You will work in a US-hours shift environment, supporting Payment Support specialists and Customer Service teams to meet performance goals.   • Refresher Training & PKTs: Conduct regular refresher training sessions and Process Knowledge Tests (PKTs) to reinforce learning and ensure team members stay current with process updates.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all customer care and collection activities comply with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and client-defined process flows at all times.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Prepare and present regular reports on team training and quality performance metrics, challenges, and achievements to senior management.
  • Customer Escalation Handling: Handle escalated customer issues and complaints during periods outside new hire batches, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the Quality and Training functions and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
