Byteridge Off Campus Drive 2026 – Full Job Details

About Byteridge

Byteridge Software Private Limited is a product engineering company headquartered in Hyderabad, India, that builds high-quality software products for global clients across industries including fintech, healthcare, logistics, and enterprise SaaS. Certified as a Great Place to Work, Byteridge has built a culture that prizes strong engineering fundamentals, curiosity, and the courage to solve real-world problems at scale. With a team of passionate engineers and a focus on modern technology stacks, Byteridge is an exciting workplace for freshers who want to build real products from day one rather than being placed on maintenance work. The company actively invests in its engineers’ growth through mentorship, code reviews, and continuous learning initiatives.

Role Overview – Software Development Engineer (SDE) – Freshers

As an SDE at Byteridge, you will be part of a product development team working on client-facing web, mobile, or AI-powered applications. You will be expected to write clean, tested code using one of Byteridge’s core technology stacks — whether that is React/Angular on the frontend, Node.js or Java Spring Boot on the backend, Android/iOS/Flutter for mobile, or AI/ML frameworks for intelligent features. This is a full-time role with real ownership and direct impact, not an internship or bench programme — making it an excellent launch pad for a strong engineering career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feature Development: Design and implement new features for web, mobile, or backend systems based on product requirements, working closely with senior engineers and product managers in an Agile setting.
  • Clean Code & Best Practices: Write well-structured, readable, and testable code that adheres to Byteridge’s engineering standards; participate actively in peer code reviews to maintain code quality across the team.
  • Frontend/Mobile Development: Build responsive user interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js; or develop cross-platform or native mobile applications using Flutter, Android, iOS, or React Native depending on your stack.
  • Backend Development: Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), or .NET; implement business logic, integrate third-party services, and ensure backend scalability and reliability.
  • AI/ML Integration: For candidates with AI/ML fundamentals, contribute to building intelligent features using machine learning models, LLM integrations, or data pipelines within product applications.
  • Testing & Debugging: Write unit and integration tests; debug issues reported in staging or production environments; contribute to maintaining a robust CI/CD pipeline.
  • Collaboration & Learning: Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively communicate blockers, maintaining a learning mindset at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech 2026 Batch in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or any discipline with CS subjects in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year
  • Batch Year: Strictly 2026 graduating batch only
  • Academic Performance: Minimum 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and B.Tech); no active backlogs at the time of application
  • Technical Skills: Strong programming fundamentals in any one language (Java, Python, JavaScript, C++); hands-on project experience in at least one of the listed technology stacks; DSA knowledge is important; portfolio projects or GitHub contributions are a major plus
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate and work in a product team environment

Selection Process

The Byteridge Off Campus Drive 2026 follows a structured hiring process designed to identify candidates with genuine technical depth:

  • Round 1 – Aptitude & Coding Test: An online assessment covering logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and a hands-on coding section testing DSA and programming fundamentals.
  • Round 2 – Technical Interview I: In-depth discussion of your chosen technology stack, projects, and problem-solving approach. Expect questions on data structures, OOP, system design basics, and your GitHub/portfolio.
  • Round 3 – Technical Interview II: Advanced technical questions on your preferred stack (frontend/backend/mobile/AI) and a live coding or architectural discussion to assess depth of knowledge.
  • Round 4 – HR Interview: Evaluation of communication skills, cultural fit with Byteridge’s engineering-first culture, career goals, and availability to join.

Salary & Benefits

Byteridge has not publicly disclosed the exact CTC for this SDE role. However, Byteridge is known for offering competitive compensation for freshers, especially given its Great Place to Work certification and strong engineering culture. Benefits include health insurance, flexible working, structured mentorship from senior engineers, the opportunity to work on real client products from day one, and strong career growth pathways within the organisation.
