Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform real-time customer identification through checks & reviews of KYC documentation on Video calls
- Demonstrate the highest standards of customer service while ensuring that customers are comfortable through the verification process
- Prevent unauthorized fraudulent and impersonation attempts on VKYC calls
- strict Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Service Quality Standards
- Capture problem indicators, highlight and suggest improvements in the Video KYC process
- Team player and flexibility with shift timings
- English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Regional Language (Tamil OR Telugu OR Malayalam OR Kannada)
- Fresher or 1-year experience only
