FullStack Intern (BE)

Stipend: ₹40,000 per month
Location: Work from Office – HSR Layout, Bangalore

About the Position

Design, architect, develop and maintain internal tools, SDKs, and data pipelines to drive continuous improvement of existing products.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain backend services for our applications and internal tools.
• Building out testing and reporting features as you go to deliver high-quality, easily maintainable software.
• Create scripts to support various internal processes and tasks.
• Develop and collect metrics to drive continuous improvement of existing products

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong understanding of either Node.js or Golang
• Experience with serving REST APIs using Go/Node

Product Intern

Stipend: ₹30,000 per month
Location: Work from Office – HSR Layout, Bangalore

What would you do?

• Own a product module end to end: Take complete responsibility for a product module under the mentorship of the Product Lead, from ideation to execution.
• Generate actionable user insights: Understand and analyse data from a user base as diverse as India’s Kirana shops.
• Move critical metrics: Identify opportunities and drive initiatives that directly impact the product’s key metrics and user experience.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritise features, ensure seamless delivery, and communicate progress effectively.
• Perform data-driven decision-making: Use tools like Excel or data analytics platforms to extract insights and guide product decisions.

This is for you if:

• You understand how to analyse & interpret data to uncover insights.
• You have excellent communication skills (Hindi preferred): Comfortable with calling users and conveying insights to stakeholders.
• You have prior experience working on a product: Familiarity with managing or contributing to product features, even at a small scale.
• You are curious about solving real-world problems for Kirana shop owners and are excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
